In old days, our tiffins where full of our mothers recipes we have enjoyed the love  the test of these recipes all the time in childhood .

Do  we  offer the same opportunity to our children to enjoy such food with our own test & love in it .

In our Vedas food ( ann sanskar) is a different chapter in which it is clearly said that the food is not mixture of ingredients but the involvement  intention of a person ( bhav ) who prepared it is also included in the test it reflects.

When we pack a noodles & burger in our own son's tiffin what Bhav or intention we include in it. 
let us start from its preparation point . what is the( Bhav) or the intention of a person who open shop for these items they are clearly profit making other the person who prepare it what are the intention money making who packs it in beautiful packing what are the intention somebody should pick up this to make money out of this .

Now we can decide what we have packed in the son's tiffin what intention( bhave ) we have packed in it with your love or with profit? do you know the modern science this food is going to convert in to different proteins required for body so you have supplied proteins to all body parts which had intention ( bhav ) of profit.

Now  you know all these proteins effect on our every body part including brain which help us to think to act to reply & we have supplied proteins which has clear intention of profit , your son will grow up with the same nature that he need every profitable thing & no loss is acceptable .

now you become older ,you can not earn money for yourself what is your expectation what should son do it for u when you have implant profit intention ( bhav ) for so many year .

will he not through us out of his house as non profitable thing?

can you imagine this? just start thinking at least start preparing some good food for your son recall the day's of your childhood, is your parents allowed you to eat outside ?

Why your  mother or grand mother  wake up early to prepare tiffin for you are they not wise enough
to secure their future?
