How to create & increase rural market in India Part 2


                                                   Part 2

In part one we have gone through basic requirement to enter indian rural market

The next task is the infrastructure to distribute the product

Important is a local business  players,they  have major role in distribution of  product ,as you know this is not a cash market most of the transaction happens on credit ( the rural area  gets cash in 3 to 4 month gap) hence the person who offers credit will definitely influence the rural customers.

So the percentage of profit or commission play  major role in this market ones you are able to satisfy these condition then it is easy to enter .

quality of product dose influence but not in greater extent & branding rarely work in the area .

There  are two types of customers on is young generation & other is the elders .

The important thing in this is the rich & wealthy families in the town  are not your customer in rural market ,as they go to city  for their purchases & they rarely purchase anything from local shops
this will give insight which type of goods you required in the market .

The customers of local market are ready to experiment on their test as well as some extra cost  but need small packets goods & not a bulk quantity.

the test of these markets little rough & turf they are always in search of   long life,sturdy material  again here a caution the cost of repair or maintenance is measure hindrance ,

As they have ample time with them if you offer free maintenance they can visit your shop or repair station no of times & the don't regret for that till you ask cost for the repairs .
