The famous Shloka in Geeta in Hindu reference regarding how to avoid the Karmfal
what I described in last blog the dissatisfaction are nothing else but a Karmfal
To avoid this we have to drop our expectation from our deeds that's all it is so easy as that.
Is it so easy not at all, we cannot live without expectation's then what to do to avoid the Dissatisfaction & ill effect of dissatisfaction.
Anther source is to reduce expectation dose it effect on our dissatisfaction level ,yes it has to be if our desire to get the desire result is reduced definitely the dissatisfaction out it will reduced.
Can we try for that .
In Gita method is also described by lord Krishna ,what he said fulfil the karm with best possible way with honesty & dedication , then offer the good deed or that karm to him He will decide & benefit will be pass toy ou but you will not get Karmdosha ( dissatisfaction) for your deed
Example : I have done entire work all the targets in the year but due to some reason( due to previous past performance they decided to weight for one more year ) of the management you may not revived any appreciation or increment or promotion . you will get frustrated & start scolding the management.
Effect :what will happen your health will start affecting due this frustration which definitely brings down the efficiency & your record will ruin .all this will affect you & yours.
If i am follower of above Shloka
I will decide that the good work done in last year is with them
I will continue the good work in this year the fate of me will decided by them only so let them decide any thing I will continue my work.
Effect : no frustration hence no disturbance that will result no pressure on your efficiency hence you will continue your good & will give you positive result in next appraisal as you are not frustrated your family will not affect, health will not affect .
This is what Karmyoua in Geeta
