Is the only way to protest against policy ? 

Now dayes these Dharna,Band, hunger strikes are no more effective weapons to protest against the government. as government machinery shows typical type of response to these type of agitation.

Unfortunately the Trade Unions are  not visionary enough or they 
are politicized due to which no any other weapons are developed to agitate against government.  

Actually things are changing those who have skills are getting huge opportunities they feeding away from these  Unions as their History of these strikes are not good  all cotton mills are the best example of their achievement. 

Yes their is unorganised unskilled workers are definitely getting exploited but these Unions are doing nothing extra for them as they are not organised very little milage these unions are getting from them.

Question about minimum wedges at what they are fighting today as Industries are becoming more competitive & more efficient the unwanted labour force is luxury to them,hence the unwanted ,inefficient worker will definitely thrown out  of organisation & efficient worker receives more than minimum wedges .

As industry is competing with China & those visited china can observed the labor condition their i.e. to in a shrine of socialism.

Trade Unions need to understand today's need of worker as well as Industries also the efficiency & accordingly prepare path to establish working class .
