10 Year old girl died in road accident in hyderabad she is victim of Drunk & Drive  

If we go by figure 70 % accident are due to Drunk & Drive ,this is national problem &; government should look in to .

there are no of reason as people are drunk & drive on road   as if live explosive is openly on the road & can hit any body .

people should understand educate themselves for this problem as this is clearly a man med situations 

at lest people around him should alert him not to drive as his condition is best known to them , as the person under the influence will not be in position whether he is fit for the task  or not other should prevent or instruct the authority so that authority should able to prevent the person from driving.

As you know these accidents happened by the educated elite classes or the truck drivers these are two classes are responsible for these type of cases .as truck drivers can be educated or trained for this what to do about educated class.  

Every human beings has write to leave & these drunken ones prevent them from their existence not only that after the incident their life is also a miserable.
