                       Today my boss is visiting 

This is typical sentence when Indian employee is in beet focused & also in tension.

As he has suppose to do all his work as usual & the regular report which suppose to maintain regularly are to be presented in front of him ,The boss is not going to ask any question out of syllabus.

Then why we are in so much depress our selves when he ( the boss ) is visiting. As there are two to three reason which we need to adders & if we work with following principals things will be more easy then expected

First one: 
we have to work consistently throughout so as to avoid missing of targets or any dead lines .
Second one:
we should not indulge any unlawful activity to deprive ourselves or our Institution .
Third one:
we should not be a part of internal politics of the Institution .

If we maintain these then chances  of being scold by visiting boss are minimal,  unnecessary focus is reduced  this also help us to maintain neutrality & will increase the respect in the office between college.  

This is required in all walk of life just as Government Institution ,private comp, co-operative organisation & lastly even at the home.

Be attentive ,Be focused ,Be Honest is mantra of susses.
